Lotus Yoga for Kids offers yoga classes for children in a fun, non-competitive manner which can increase respect for self, other and the environment. Our classes combine games and singing with yoga to increase confidence, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.

Our North Lake Tahoe classes are currently offered in Truckee, Glenshire, and Kings Beach.
